If you are not 100% happy with the product/service supplied then within 30 days of the purchase you can contact us for a full refund. We do expect that any product downloaded(or setup on your hosting) is removed/deleted by you when you are requesting a refund.

Refunds may only be issued within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days no refunds will be processed.
